Question Croup Manor resource sharing / many settlers use same blue man spot

So as the title says, croup manor, and only croup manor, in my save, has about 19/17 settlers right now.

They are vital in my supply line logistics, but every time I make a guy, unemployed or not, a provisioner, he reassigns himself to one of the blue man trading spots roughly 24hrs later.
I have tried deleting the trading spots, refreshing city, send in more settlers, but no matter what, the provisioners always reassign themselves.

And this is with "assign away from work" turned off, both in MM and pip-boy.
Here's the weirdest thing. There's 4 blue man trading spots in Croup Manor.
A doctor, a bar, an armor salesman, and a weapon salesman.
I've got 3 people assigned to each of those spots. Auto assigned.
That's 12 people sharing 4 spots.

They refuse to stop reassigning themselves, even with the spots deleted.

I wanted to move this to bug reports right away, but also respected that I needed to post my request in the help section first.
 
try Rebuild Local data in city holotape Tools>Config Tools
I also thought this would fix it, so I've tried it about 10 times in the span of 2 days.
It did not fix it.
Nor did rebuilding the entire city, or choosing the simple plan instead of complex.
Reinstalling SS or RotC also did nothing.
 
When you rebuilt did you completely scrap the city using the town gavel then start building again?

I've tried both manually scrapping absolutely everything SS put in, I've tried console commands, remote city destructions, local city destructions, clean up settlement options in holotapes, rebuild local data and so on.

All options offered to me has been used till the well ran dry.
Now I don't ask that you fix this, I'm sure that all of you have more exciting features, more fun builds, and more pressing bugs to work on, I simply request that this bug is logged so that you're aware of it.

On an old thread, about a year or more old, several other people report the same problem as I.
The exact same problem. Only at Croup Manor.

It's troubling, since the blue man vendor markers don't bug in any other settlement, so I wanted to bring up this issue again, to see if I could get it logged properly as a bug.

But seeing as the thread is dead, and the problem persists, I felt it was necessary to make a new thread.
 
I found and reported the problem while building hangman's back in Feb, but it got lost in the flow. The RoTC Croup Manor plan uses levelled vendor stands, these don't work properly, each one counts as 3 work items. It's the same for all the levelled vendor stands but not the levelled blue man vendor markers.
This plan is the only one I know that has these stands, there are plenty of options for city plans for Croup manor in the contest pack. If you want to use this plan, you could delete the stands and replace them with vanilla ones, being aware that they may reappear each time the plan is refreshed or levels up.

But I've tried deleting both stands and blue man markers, it seems that blue man vendors are just extremely bugged.
The effect of them has started to ruin my other settlements.
 
I had this same issue what I did was murder every one in that blue spot, went back to Home plate wait 30 mins and then move people to the out post and then reassign people that should fix it.
or it fixed for me
 
are you getting multiply stands in other settlements as well?
Well, there's only 1 stand, but 3 people are using it.
I'd love to post my load order, can you show me how I can give it to you guys in either screenshot or text?

Edit: Sorry, my reply might have been too simple.
There are 4 stands, 3 people share each stand, accumulating to 12 people using 4 stands.
But it's only the blue man markers, never actual commercial plots. And yes, the issue has started in all other settlements using blue man markers.
It just swallows the supply lines.

Others have posted the issue, from when SS started, till recently.
I haven't tried murdering a settlement, yet, I still want to post my load order to you guys, I just don't know how.

For Vortex go to Settings>Mods and there shoul be a link to a folder where u can find your mod list.
For NMM there should be a tab that allows you to export your load order asa txt file.

and you just upload that in your post.

Scrap everything can cause a lot of problems as it breaks precombines.

did you try allenbolts fix?
