Question Faction Members Turn Violent

I assaulted Zimonja with my faction pack members (Children of Atom). It went off without a hitch, having regular soldiers and some Special Troops. During the assault one of the faction members became one of the hostiles I had to kill. Several faction members took to fighting too, and it seemed to be they were fighting the original gang members from before the update.

Everything calmed down, but here and there a faction member simply turned violent on me and I had to kill them.
 
I had mongrels spawn around my settlement (normal SS CQ mod) and my turrets, raider recruits, and raider prospects ended up in a three way free for all due to someone getting friendly fire. With that much grenade spam it is bound to happen.

@#$% happens. Reload from the autosave before the attack and try again.
 
Friendly fire between my raiders ought not be a thing to be honest. They're clearly going to spam Molotovs and such, so friendly fire between them should be just fine as it relates to damage or affinity.
 
It is tho, I feel you, I like to use the explosive arrows with the bow mod and that shit makes them turn on me if I accidentally hit one of them, youre just going to have to be careful
 
After looking through my footage, I never once hit them with anything. Also I didn't do much of anything, letting them bunch up and earn XP all by themselves. They're turning hostile for something else and turning hostile on each other and on the odd raider visitors (I have that turned off since I started). I have updated to 4.01b, so let's see what happens when I run more.
