The Slog - Biggest Crops In The 'Wealth!

@uituit You any idea what's happening with this scrap problem bud?

As you can see, it seems to delete some items but not others.

I had issues like that in Hangman's Alley. Didn't solve 100% but manage to mitigate it a bit, by leaving the cell for a while ....really helped... but if you're using the Disable command to disappear parts of the settlement, make sure to Markfordelete also, cos otherwise it's still there, just hidden.

Also, if you're just moving a part of the original settlement (like the deck chairs), they sometimes seem not to come back, when ur building the actual settlement in a fresh save. - So I tend to just scrap them, and replace them with the same thing in PBP or vanilla if available... that dang weapons bench in Hangmans...usually wouldn't re-appear.

Only a few days left, make sure you have your 10 screenshots in your first post.

Literally 5 feet from the Forged's main base...

After entering the trader's entrance. I'm sure that marking doesn't mean anything important...

To the left, a converted bus being used as 1 part housing, 2 parts fortifications.

The bus contains two "blue men" sleeping spots and various clutter, I placed an animation marker over the crib to make it look like maybe someone was mourning or looking into it longingly but rarely does anybody use it.

This makeshift cart can be found around the settlement moving supplies around as the city upgrades, finally coming to rest in this little nook.

Nothing to see here, move along.

Home sweet home! The "Dartmouth" street sign is a little easter egg to where I call home ;)
XrZN13N.jpg

The player home comes with a well-stocked kitchen, as well as a cooking stove.

The living room has a magazine display rack for all your favourite reads and a flag that changes with the settlement.

KdMHb5T.jpg

The home also has a cramped bathroom and bedroom tucked around the back. I didn't want to decorate too much, leaving the player enough space to add their own flair to it, while also making it feel lived in.

Heading back to the bus, straight ahead leads to the only industrial plot in the city.

There's another little hidden story with this Nuka Cola vending machine, it goes on a bit of a journey throughout the city levels.
EevYoz2.jpg
Back into the main pool building, you'll find a small flea market style vendor tucked away in the corner, the stock will change as the city plan levels up.

It might be cramped, but where else can you do your laundry while having dinner?

akIHfq6.jpg
Another cramped space, a shower nestled in between an interior farm plot and rec plot.

Back outside, 2 of the 3 full residential plots, as well as two alternate exit doors to the settlement hidden away in the corner.

Here's the power armour work station, I wonder what Arlen would think...

More miscellany and in-depth looks at the interiors:

This is where the settlement get's all its water from, initially, it starts derelict, but the settlement will eventually build pipes running out to it and power it back on.

A view of both the weapons shop, staffed by Deidre and the furniture store staffed by who I affectionately refer to as Ghoul-Gath.
yePEw3R.jpg

Another view of the bar, I tried to keep the clutter to a managable level in here as there's a lot of foot traffic through the main building.

Back outside, a closer view of the farmers market stall.

Another view of the housing and stairs leading to the roof. While I wanted to mostly use interior residential plots, I added a few normal plots just to add a bit more character to the build, as well as allowing players to use any of their favourite plots.

Turning to the left, here's a better view of the piping network and the city's apartments.

Here at The Slog you're literally tripping over farms walking out your front door.

Here's a view of the interior of apartment #1

Apartment #2 - Wiseman's home

Apartment #3 my personal favourite

Apartment #4 - The Vault-Tec Rep's home - complete with an interior agricultural plot.

The first plot I ever placed in the settlement, and frankly forgot about, conveniently at level 4 matched the pipes I chose. #oddlysatisfying

The maintenance area and where the special fertilizer blend is mixed into the irrigation. A keen eye might also notice the gamma-gun being used as part of the pumping station.

Here's a view of the water processing/wind power generation tower.

The weapons workbench and settler beacon just left of the maintenance area.

Some various aerial shots of the left half of town, the 3rd housing plot is visible here and provides access to the metal roofing to do maintenance on the electrical.

Finally my favourite shot of the build, I think it best shows the level of detail and clutter that went into the build, as well as the use of space and plot placement. Also, that's a pretty photogenic ghoul. :)

Moridar, you are really good at this! I hope you got your scrap thingy sorted. If not, should I use your plan, I'll just disable any lingering chairs and plop something down on the wall where the lockers are missing. Gah, I need to go leave a dozen more comments on posts I'm starting to look at. You are all so talented.

I couldn't fix the scrap profile issue on my end, so I'm not sure if the released plan was fixed. I'd still recommend using it because I believe it only affects the foundation and maybe the first level. I'll take another look at my saves though and see if I can figure it out on my end for a future update. 0:D

Well this is unfortunate. Your CP was chosen for my Conqueror play. Unfortunately there is so much NOT scrapped in this settlement that it renders your CP unplayable. I do not use scrap mods and never will, so, what a shame. I LOVE the work you did. :(

EDIT: And I have to take back what I posted before. None of the items I need to "scrap" are able to be disabled. They simply aren't targetable in the console. Double shame.
