Solved Conqueror CTD During Setup

Hi Kids,

I'm finally back in Fallout after several months of rebuilding my game after a hard drive failure.

Whenever I enable Conqueror and load a game or start a new one, I get a CTD after Conqueror starts doing it's thing. Usually after several minutes. I am indoors and waiting when I do this.
