Question CTD County Crossing, while Assets are loading

I have another problem now... seems to be my lucky day. So i traveled to County Crossing an noticed that RotC/Conqueror was loading a prebuild city. stayed there for a while to see the finished product but than CTD occured. Tried to delete the city via Pibpoy but it seems that it is loading in the background and again CTD. I'm not sure what is causing this problems.

Tried to fast travel, also CTD

I've noticed my frame rates staying steady but also CTD when game first loads buildings and I'm out doing things especially when loading into new buildings or areas best bet is not to do much playing until everything has loaded I feel, even using cheat terminal to change a few aspects of the game or adding items to my inventory will cause a CTD.

We're finding most of the CTDs are caused by a change I made to the Caps General building plan, which is an Interior Commercial plan, so if you can find those plots and change the building plans before the crash you should be able to prevent it.

I'll have it fixed for Friday's patch.

Thanks for the fast answer;
Unfortunatley im not so fast ^^ but i will spare out the area while playing and will report after installing the patch. If the bug is stillthere i will provide more information: video, Loadorderlist, etc.
