Assault Quest does not start

hey guys

having a problem, every time I start an assault on a settlement the quest does not start. It started 3 hours into my run and i managed to get rocket, Abernathy and sunshrine no problems, but after i try and assault another settlement after that the quest does not start.
 
try using the war planners desk to start the raid
 
Yeah I am, and when I choose my units and press start it says "gathering your forces" and the quest does not start. Even when I go to the raid location no raiders or gunners spawn nor do my rust devils. It's so strange because it was just a sudden bug and the quests worked before and suddenly they don't.
 
ah your using the rust devil faction pack?

what version of simsettlements are u on? try going back one and see if it works.

What version are you on of my mod? Additionally are you using any special units or is it just humans?
