Traveling Teddy Bear....

So I made a really big bear, like 700% larger and I put armor on it.
Problem is that every time I load the game the bear moves and is no longer aligned.
Anyone else see this?
The bear is a static object.

Yes I've noticed this also, don't know the engine well enough to know why or how to stop it, but have seen it. After positioning teddys with overlapping props they will have moved slightly after reloading. I'm guessing this might be something to do with the objects pushing against each other when loading. In my case it was little part hidden scenes so not too big an issue, but it might be a tad more obvious with a giant teddy that I assume is meant to be a feature.

The bear has it physics turned on by default I think, you can turn it off with place.
A few objects are like that, Vanilla vehicles, small plastic blue crates. There a few more I can't think of right now.
Even if you turn off physics when someone else uses your city plan it will revert to default. I leant this the hard way in my hangmans build.
