Not a bug Starting a Raider Settlement (Xbox)

As soon as I start the quest to conquer the first raider settlement, I continue on to Starlight to kill all of the settlers, complete the quest, and nothing happens. Nothing new pops up, no pop up about conquered settlemenrs, and when I go back to Jammer in Concord, he has nothing to give to me. The raiders I brought with me on the quest are just standing there in a huddle and when I interact with them they say the basic nuka world raider dialogue.

Sounds like either Sim Settlements or Workshop Framework is not up to date.

Go to your Mods screen and look under the Updates Available section to ensure all of your mods are updated.

Then go back to your last save before you conquered that settlement and try again.
