transfer blueprints and city plans

what i would like to know can someone point me in the right direction for this, i read on nexus somewhere, there was a way to convert STB's to city plans..

if this is true i would love to be able to convert a few..

any help is appreciated, thanks

i found the page last night after i did some digging in this forum, unfortunately it doesnt seem to work, i tried converting a starlight blueprint to a city plan, and it didnt even show up in the list... so i must have missed something a long the way
 
There is a post by Kingath in the city comp section setting out how to do it. There are some commands that need to be run while creating the blueprints to ensure all the stuff that is needed gets added.

sarcasm at it's finest lol, (if you saw my other comments about conqueror crashing me to desktop then you will understand my sarcasm comment) and i actually got the converter to work, works great, i really just wanted to see if i can get it to work, and it does, so feeling pretty happy about that.. (and for the record i used someone else's blueprint as a test, i have nil intentions of releasing anything as i dont understand how it all works lol)
