How many individual crop plants per level of agricultural plot?

Basically I'm trying to balance a patch for Horizon that will cause the Sim Settlements crop plots to produce levels of crop rating comparable to the crops offered by Horizon. The number of plants is important is because the rating is determined on a per-plant basis. The problem is its been more than a year since the last time I've seen a level 2 agricultural plot, let alone a level 3, so I need to know the numbers of individual crop plants on each so I can balance accordingly.

EDIT: Specifically I'm referring to the agricultural plots in the base version of Sim Settlements, not the addon packs.

It depends on the type. For the smaller plants it's 1 to 1, for the larger ones like Melons, it's fudged a bit. It's also fudged for the level 4s and virtually every level of the Interior plot versions (IR has a building that unlocks level 4 agricultural).
