Alternatives to Scrap Everything, ways to clean up leaves and trash without "bUseCombinedObjects=0"

I decided to try Clean and Simple and I'm liking it very much. It was a shock how little junk I had to scrap but worth it. Had to go to Concord at level 2 (about 3 levels earlier than I usually do) because I had no concrete to build a water pump.
I think mods that use "bUseCombinedObjects=0" disable precombines across the entire game so I try to avoid them. I use Fallout 4 Seasons which doesn't and haven't had any problems.

edit: and I now feel like an idiot having found the little box containing all the material the modmaker scrapped including over 800 concrete.

editedit: some minor problems I'm having
I'd forgotten just how much I hate making those bleeping houses seem liveable
Some patches of trash and leaves float
Those bleeping settlers are hammering all the time
A couple of hedges and a driveway are sometimes there and sometimes not

Sometimes I really hate Sanctuary

I'm on xbox so I have Place Anywhere not Place Everywhere. They seem to be the same but PA is missing the option talked about hear to "delete" items in PE. That option just doesn't exist in PA. Also on Xbox we don't have Clean and Simple we have Clean and Smooth. I think their actually two different mod authors. Anyone tested Clean and Smooth and no if the Navmesh AI issues are ok in those mods as well?

I see, it does just what the description says it does, it makes more objects available for scrapping. Essentially it's making everything except precombined objects available to scrap. Literally if you can disable/markfordelete in console, extra object selection can kill it too. An example is the unscrappable truck trailer in the hole at Coastal Cottage.

I know this an old thread but I stumbled across it looking for alternatives to scrap anything that dosen't break pre combines due to performance hit and found your suggestion/recommendation for place everywhere. This mod has changed how I play fallout 4 and sim settlements. No more struggling to fit plots in places , and having to use floors to snap plots in Jencaves wonderful clean and simple settlements . It also lets you adjust the buildings that are built on top of the plots to fine tune their placements. I kick myself for waiting so long to install place everywhere as I didn't want to mess with f4se.

Thanks again!!

Indeed, Place Everywhere is one of the main core utilities IMO. Every one of the hotkeys seems very useful

Post made in error, didn't see this was a 2017 thread.

I'm having an 'issue' i guess with Place everywhere. I am unable to delete the piles of rubbish around Red rocket. I have extra objects turned on but they don't highlight so i cannot delete them and I'd like them gone without having to have a modded settlement. Can someone explain to me how to do this with Place everywhere? I really don't want to reinstall Scrap Everything, but I do know it will absolutely let me delete all the crap on the floor.

Work some magic in Creation Kit.... :)

There are some mods out there with a clean RR btw... maybe install one of those?

That's not what I'm after. I'd just like an early game place to crash with my loot and build some things. I'm not building a city plan. If that is the only answer there is, I'll just find some other place to make a mini base. Its just not that serious.

Another tip - if you don't want to mess about with having to update F4SE (again, when inevitably Beth makes one of frequent updates to creation club that forces FO4 executable change, just disable auto updates via steam...I hate replacing or waiting for updates to F4Se dependent mods like PE, looksmenu, etc, so might as well learn to disable auto update now if you're liking PE)

I don't do city plans either. It is only my personal choice at the moment ... doesn't go along with Horizon survival playing for me... maybe in the future.

Game play and systems working are more important than using bUseCombine issues.

I can live with the scrappy look and items and build around them. I can't live with a junky game play and system.
