Another stealth update <sigh>

only thing I'm waiting for to update now is Crafting Highlight Fix. It's a nice to have so it's disabled for now until Registrator2000 gets it updated.

I had to do it the hard way until F4SE got updated by pulling the previous exe from the Steam depot using a guide like the one @Zonary posted earlier.

Someday I'll remember to either turn off updates or to use that backup script that's out there.

(A bit late to the party, but...) You can always just copy your current Fallout 4 executable and save it to another folder. If you then get hit with an unexpected update, you can just reverse the process and copy the backup over and overwrite the updated exe.
Just an FYI: The Steam download option works, but is not for the faint of heart. It's a bit convoluted.

I have also seen you can delete the translation file that has the version number in it xxxxx1.110.111.dll file till the update silverlock file is out?
