i don't think you're going to get that with the load order you have now as evidenced by your own experience. basically either your game is broken beyond repair, or will become broken beyond repair, based on the sheer number of mods, and the size of your game saves.
there are brilliant posts in these forums from
@RayBo and
@Whisper on game and mod management. read them. seriously you will learn a lot.
i would look to remove all creation club stuff from your data directory - that is proven to break the game. seriously just don't even waste your time with that stuff in your load order.
having done that, i'd then look to start a new game with a very small set of mods, UFO4P is a must-have everything else is entirely optional.
You then need to figure out if you absolutely MUST have mod x and if there's even 1% doubt, remove it.
Then i'd start a new game and i'd make save points before i left vault 111, and after i'd completed the sanctuary quests with codsworth and then i'd slowly - as in one at a time - add mods into my game.
then i'd let vortex do the sorting of the mods and go with what it and loot suggest.
if it was me.
you are free to ignore this advice, but like
@MrCJohn i can play fallout for hours with no ctd's because i want stability over esthetics/inventory management.
