Has anyone had any issue with transforming foundations not being able to place plots on the transforming foundations?

I am not sure I know what "transforming foundations are?"

Maybe--- :unknw
If you are using place everywhere try hitting the F2 key once while in workshop mode?

The foundations that are made out of dirt, clay and gravel. But I think I will have to use place every where.

place everywhere is always great.

Still, it is odd. I have not experienced any issue myself with the plots not snapping onto the terraforming foundations.

Can you provide more info like which ones, screenshots, even which plots won’t snap. Even some experimentation results like other plots or foundations snapping next to them. A load order might not hurt either.
:scratchhead
To answer your question directly, “this isn’t normal.”

@trooperjess do you possibly have any mod that replaces the meshes for these terraformers?

Ive seen one situation where a plot refuses to snap on a foundation before. If I place a foundation first and manage to get it low enough that a part of it was being lower than the game ground level it won’t snap. Even if it’s not clearly visible by eye, sometimes raising it just a smudge made it work.

Not sure if it’s the same scenario but wanted to point out one possibility

True this can happen if the actual snap point is obscured by collision of the heightmap or another object.
