Question Mechanized Makeover quest completed but the Robot is still immobile and now Ophelia won't interact

This prevents me from getting more wall bombs and explosive collars, not that I could even use the collars since the Enslaved AI is half-busted and they can't find their way to their work plot, let alone follow me when I tell them to...

Any idea how to fix this? I can live without the robot, though it was a pain to finish that quest when it glitched out, but I'd kind of like to be able to interact with Ophelia.
