Would it be okay to build the city plan with a faction outpost design in mind, to include the needed balances based on Industrial, Advanced Industrial, Rise of the Commonwealth & Conqueror? Can that also be said of the DLC’s? Keeping in mind that Conqueror and the DLC’s aren’t required. I ask this because it would be nice if the builds kept those in mind seeing as there are those of use who are finding it a little difficult to adjust prebuilt’s to work with new plots & mechanics.Fully self-sufficient at level 3. Want to leave some room so the story-telling can involve them solving those needs problems if that's an angle someone wants to take.
