Maintenance cost problems at Saiyaness' Oberland

I'm getting an odd issue at Oberland Station. After taking it over I set it building Saiyaness' comp winner. The maintenance numbers keep going wrong, showing over 200 extra caps in costs. Rebuilding local data resets them to the correct amount, but when I leave it goes back to the incorrect amount. Have also tried refreshing the city in case that might have helped. Have not noticed any issues on other settlements, although it is the only one in the current play-through that is building a city-plan. Very minimal mods on this play, pretty much Just SS and add ons.
 
can you try and get another city plan in another settlement and see if the same thing happens.
 
Have managed to find time to set another city plan going, no problems yet. Noticed with Oberland that the cost was creeping up rather than a set jump, went to sleep for a few hours and went up from -16 to -44. When I did a refresh it come up with a message about having more than one of 'that' item which only one is allowed of. I can't see anything which that could be, only see one recruitment beacon (other items only allowed one of? fast travel mat? Workbench?) Levelled the settlement up to level 1, once built started with incorrectly high maintenance that was fixable with rebuilding data. Build limit is all ready at over 200%, feels like that might be a bit high for what's there.
I'm thinking I should tear the whole thing down and start again and see if that helps.
 
Could be a corrupt cell:( ive had that a few times myself in oberland with other city plans.
I havnt seen any other bug reports so far about her CP yet,

I will have another look at the city plan and see if it happens to me as well
 
It's an odd one. I built there fresh after unlocking it if that affects the likeliness of corruption. Refreshing and rebuilding from scratch result in maintenance 3x what it should, is always fixable with data rebuild but goes wrong again on reload. Maybe try a different city plan next see if that makes a difference.
 
May have fixed it. Changed city plans - seemed to be working, changed back to 1st city plan - still not working (actually went to 0 cost, that after a data rebuild went back to correct, then too much on loading), then changed leaders - working properly, changed back to the original leader and seems to still be working. Will check if still working later before removing bug tag.
 
Nope not fixed, still jumping up again after a wait.

True, Oberland seems prone to that. When working on mine, 2 separate times I had to export then go back to the quickstart save and import to continue
 
Do you have another save you could test this on?
try building the city plan and see if the same happens on your other save.
 
Found time to test in another character save, seems to work fine there. So looks like it must just be a one off glitch like others have seen. Thanks for the input everyone.
