Sim Settlements do not want to install ..

.. I discovered Sim Settlements there is not longtemp and after installation of the mod on the games (Be it on Mod betesthia section or nexus mod or File sources) once in game its does not work. I open the benchmark and no object is displayed and neither does the HUDFramework ..

There is a manipulation to do in games to activate the mod ?? (With other mod everything works perfect and I tested Sim all by myself to be on and nothing works)

The holotape is the base item that turns on the mod. Without it, nothing from Sim Settlements will be accessible. Please watch this video from Kinggath to see where to find it.
