SS2 - Tech Settlements has been Released

This has all the models from my old Institute Settlements mod. My plan is to cover as best I can all the higher tech Factions (Institute, Brotherhood, Enclave) and also make some lower tech more industrial looking stuff than currently exists. Most things right now are institute themed. I've got some BoS themes ready and as soon as I get the skin system working they will be added. Also going to add a couple Star Wars (Empire and Alliance) themed stuff.

You can make suggestions below.
 
Bookmarked for next run. Um can you make the non lore friendly one either optional or a separate file? Granted with randomization most would probably not even notice.
 
There isn't any stuff that's currently non lore friendly. Any non-lore friendly stuff should be a skin of the default and they will be tagged as non-lore friendly.

Also version 0.9 is out and it has the BoS skin for the Sleeper 2x2 outdoor agricultural plot.
 
Gonna be downloading this and giving it a test this week. Congratulations on getting your mod out! can't wait to try it.
 
I would like to see some more based off of the different faction packs that will hopefully get ported over when the Conqueror integration gets added. My specific requests are more vault, interior & Zetan themed.
 
BOS I am crying out for more BOS plots. training, rec, store, defence and some industry.
I have a bunch of ideas for how the plots would look to if you want I can draft them up with some quick knock-ups in-game and sent you some pictures.

ALSO HUGE GRATS ON THE MOD.

Zetan might be interesting but like, plots that Zetans would have built, plots using zetan tech? What were you thinking? I'll have to see what textures are currently availible.

Actually both or either. With the Zetan faction pack it seemed so odd seeing the living in the normal and run down plots.
 
I think there was a Zetan faction pack, but I do not think it had Mitch.
There was a Zetan faction pack. It was a change in the dialogue hooks for both voice and text translations. The settlers were basically your everyday settler, but their armor was a skin that made them look like a human sized Zetan. They had the weapons also, but if you tried to give them anything that replaced their armor they permanently reverted back to the human look. There was Zetan space ships that patrolled and that you could summon with a smoke for air support.

I think the only way you could pull that off would be to look at the FO3 DLC assets. Then you would have all the fun of making new assets in 3ds Max or that new Blender plugin when it is released. Sounds like a lot of work to me! It could make for an interesting Rec plot. ;) Congrats on the release! :agree:
 
I have updated to version 1.3 which includes a small internal generic barracks plot and lots of new themed containers.
